This is a perfect option for showcase and tournament weekends as well as for training camps and continuing a deep run into the playoffs.

RHS can also produce, direct and distribute team fitness and off-season training program DVDs.

PLAYERS:

Let us help you develop and sharpen your tools. Our skills analysis team will isolate your shifts, breakdown your performance and discuss your strengths and weaknesses and how to enhance and strengthen them.

Video is a fantastic learning tool. It can be watched over and over again and it will always present the same unbiased facts.
